One of the key advantages of Prometheus Panta is its label-free measurements in solution, allowing for intrinsic fluorescence measurements of proteins with dual UV systems at 330 nm and 350 nm (nanoDSF), near-UV turbidity detection for monitoring amorphous protein aggregates (backreflection), and dynamic light scattering (DLS) measurements in the visible light range for obtaining particle sizing and dispersity information.

The instrument also offers isothermal hold, self-interaction analysis (B22 and kD), and chemical denaturation measurement modes, providing additional insights into the developability profile of therapeutic proteins. With adjustable throughput and the capability to handle up to 48 samples at a time with single capillaries or up to 24 samples in an easy-to-load capillary chip, Prometheus Panta offers flexibility and efficiency in experimental design.
