When equipped with the OpenArray block, a single 9700 thermal cycler and the QuantStudio 12K Flex OpenArray AccuFill System, the QuantStudio can produce up to 110,000 data points or more in an eight-hour day.

The acceptable volume range is 20-100µl which saves time when compare to manual PCR application such as RNase protection, Northern blotting.

It detects accumulated PCR product cycle-by-cycle, thus making quantification available immediately after completion of PCR, without the need for further process analysis
